Title: The Amazing Tasaday Tribe
I first know about Tasaday from SPM History Textbook (with pic of Tasaday people sitting on a stone) if I'm not mistaken. I didnt know the Tasaday scandal until I read it just now.
I thought Tasaday was real. I still remember during my school days we like to use 'Tasaday' along 'Sakai' as a teasing word.
Dyat, really!!!??? My formal history lesson was only up to form 3, so, I'm not aware of the syllabus for form 4&5 history. Now that I know this, I'm curious to find out if they still have this content on Tasaday tribe in history lesson. I'll check form 5 history syllabus and find out. Aren't your surprised now that you know the truth? But...don't you think that there is a possibility that some group of people were actually trying to slender the researchers who reported on Tasaday tribe? That maybe this tribe really existed and lived their lives as reported by the researchers? There are always two sides of a coin.
Title : . The great IQ scandal
This story is about IQ and how much the IQ would be inherited from parents to their sons.The researchers was shocked when that some of the key research into IQ by Sir Cyril Burt was fraudulent. I like this story because I like biology’s subjects because in matriculation,I was take this subject and learn about genes in human beings,and factors that inherited from parents to their children.
IQ scores have been shown to be associated with such factors as morbidity and mortality, parental social status, and to a substantial degree, parental IQ. While its inheritance has been investigated for nearly a century, controversy remains as to how much is inheritable, and the mechanisms of inheritance are still a matter of some debate.This facts,I was take it at wikipedia.
In developing nations there are many environmental factors affecting IQ which are much less important in developed nations. Examples include nutrition, diseases, environmental toxins, and health care. This likely affects heritability.

"The film has all the earmarks of an obvious hoax,". I agree with that statement. I ever had seen the series movies, The Roswell. This series movie is about alien. I use to watch that movie before. Too fanatic in founding the existence of alien it will stimulate the film director in illusion of seeing or hearing something not actually present to create a film about UFO, Aliens & etc. I ever had seen The Roswell when I am in primary school. I know that this story had deceit element.Last year, In January 27 2008, in internet or from media electronic, a discovery of some mysterious image that recorded by two controller robot that observe a position at planet Mars. That mysterious image are obtain is like alien. That is not true. The indictments about the discovery of alien in planet mars are totally wrong. In 1976, photographers, Richard Hoagland claim that by his research he found an eccentric face at planet mars. However in 1988, Mars Global Surveyor take again the image from planet mars and finally, he conclude that the image that had claim by Richard Hoagland is just formed by low mileage quality, pareidolia and also reflection by light, so it formed a shadow. Is that alien is really exist? I also curios just know. How about the UFO? I try to find all the information about the discovery of UFO but there’s no answer satisfied me. Almost everyday I enter to this site http://www.ufoevidence.org/. If really UFO exists, I wish I could be the lucky one to see them.

you should try enter to the sites that madam suggest.I had try for three times and unfortunately i got in average mark for 3 times and it really disappointed me.Madam, i think this site is reliable.i know how capable me in answer the question.i can expect how much i got after answer the question and exactly when i got the result via email by this system i got the result the same that i expected.it was approximately what i've expected and what i've got. im curios, how that system are able in testing our IQ. by the way, everyone should try ok.
Title: A crop of circles
I choose this story as the interested one because I like to know more about aliens. Did they really exist? Or just some peoples doing something that looks like their fingerprints and told others that it is alien’s work. Is that true that aliens kidnap human or people that live on earth to do their research on us? I have read some article about some people confessed that they are kidnapped by aliens and what the aliens do to them. I just don’t know whether I must believe it or not because I don’t have any experience with aliens. I never see them in my real life. At the end of the most story or movie that I watched about aliens, it’s told me that aliens never exist. Its just some hoaxers work. Do I really need to believe this?

I am very attracted to this story because it is about trust. Now a day, not all people can be with us when we sad and not all people can be trusted because they’re mostly selfish and irresponsible. This story tells us about friendship from my understanding. How poor Johann Beringer, all his work become useless because of his own friends. Although he tried to get back all the copies but it did not help. So, from this story we should be aware even to our own friend but not be too spiteful to them just a little bit awareness to make sure our work is protected especially in doing important work such as individual assignment and report. It does not mean that we cannot be honest. Honest is important but in the same time we need to take care about our own self important.

Title: Something for nothing
The story is about some inventors who always keep on thinking on how to create and come out with a new inventions or ideas in order to make the human life easier and energy conserved. Basically, the inventor must be very honest in the collection and analysis of data. He/she have to communicate clearly their findings with honesty as a primary consideration. The stories about Charles Redheffer and Joe Newman are very unethical. In order to make good profits, they can even make a lies to the public. It is totally unpractical.
As a successful inventor, I would say that the curiosity is the main trait that drives a inventor. A formal education helps, but is not always necessary for success. It is from the experience and trying to solve it. Besides that, they must have their core a desire to improve the human condition without affecting the environment or other living things.

The amazing Tasaday tribe
I choose this story because, from this story I have know about Tasaday tribe. Before this I don’t know anything about Tasaday. Actually it is about a fake story that made by minister in order to get money. Manuel Elizalde, a Philiphine government minister, manage to make people around the world believe the story. For me, I like this story because its can give imagery to me that there were a tribe that love peaceful and do not love war existed in this world. The tribe is so unique until it can be compared to vanished Eden. I also think that this story is funny because the real is the Tasaday tribe was actually ordinary tribe even they actually wore Levi’s T-shirts and recognizable local dialect. As the public, we should not believe the fact like this. We need to do research and make sure the truth.

This story caught my attention because I've heard about crop circle, Roswell alien, fake fossils and many other scientific frauds but definitely not the Tasaday tribe. Besides Mindanao is not very far away from Malaysia, and still I had never heard about it, maybe I should spend more time reading the newspapers. I was curious so I surf the internet for information regarding the Tasaday tribe. I was impressed with how the researchers investigate the truth. I was just wondering what could went into a man's mind that it could make him came out with a lie which deceived the whole world? Money? Is money really that important until someone can throw away everything he has, including his dignity? By the way, referring to what Dyat said, I don't remember studying anything about the tribe during my SPM period. Stone age maybe but definitely not the Tasaday tribe. I did not get any information from the internet so I was wondering if anyone can tell me if Elizalde was caught for what he did. I mean all we knew is that he died in 1997, right?

I chose this article because i was attractted to its title which is 'The Krypton Factor'.Krypton is actually an element found in the air in gas form. Krypton was dicovered in 1999 in Califonia. American claimed its was a amazing dicovery,but at 2002, this falsify was denied.

roswell, well i think people the same age of me or older knew about it. when thinks of roswell, alien will pop up in mind. roswell and the aliend incident really have an impact on world. after the accident rumour, there is films about alien, a drama about alien that title roswell and a lot of article of abduction of aliens. well, i watched every episodes of roswell. really interesting.

'A crop of circles' is the story I like most. Corp circles -formations, usually found in grain crops, where the crop has been mysteriously found laid flat, in patterns, that did not exist in daylight the previous day. The earliest recorded image resembling a crop circle is depicted in a 17th century English woodcut called the "Mowing-Devil". A lot of theory say that the circle crops is make by someone from other planet such as aliens. But , I still wonder how they make the circle crops in one night time and what is the purpose they make it. As a sign or anything else?

I choose this story because it look interesting.It is because it show me about a researcher,Jan Henrik Schon,31 years old,who is a young researcher at Bell Laboratories in New Jersey do the wrong thing. I say that because in 2002, a committee found that he had made up his results on his discovery at least 16 occasions. It was publicly embarrassing many people included his colleagues and employer and i think not much the researcher like him. But I was interested when he say that he admit that he made various mistakes in his scientific work. Atleast he made a right decision when he admit his mistake. I think it is imposible for me to make him as my idol..:P

i like this story because it's not like the others,since it is related with something mysterious and strange situation.some believe that the crop design are the messages from alien spacecraft.since i used to watched a lot of movies like the abyss, x-files and predator (i don't believe the existence of aliens anyway) but this crop circle is always said as a sign that they (aliens) really exist.The aliens are trying to communicate with us using ancient Sumerian symbols or symbolic representations of alien DNA.Wow,too much influenced from movies..xD
I would like this story because genius people exit in this world. This story tell us about Sir Cyril Burt, professor from University College London doing research on twin to prove people IQ. Well, I like more on psychology course because I like read people do research about human characteristic. And I believe that everyone had different IQ and we can know our level with IQ test. Actually, what is an IQ? IQ or an intelligence quotient which is score from a set of standardize test of intelligence. The genius person, they will get more than 150 over 200, for example Einstein that had an IQ about 160. That what I know, maybe my friend knows more about this. I want share about genius people with my entire friend. Genius people had different character with other people. What do you think???

I'm sure that is not the only trick that always been use to get people pay for something unusual. Nowadays it have been change from trick to magic. People do pay to see magic and magic is based to ability of a performer to do trick. In this case, it's not entitle as magic and i'm sure its more to fraud.

As I was young, I remember that I have watched the film call Roswell. As I remember the story is all about alien that come to earth to learn about human. Suddenly, the alien fall in love with human. Anywhere it just a film. The true that article that we don’t know anywhere but what I believe that the alien do not exist because we do not have prove that they really exist.

First of all, let me answer to the questions; why do I like this story? I like this story because it is related to science. I love science and I like when theories are being tested. And regarding this alien issue, it is a little bit hard for me to believe in something that I never seen before. But who knows, there are other living creatures up there in this universe. My recommendation, human beings should watch the movie, The Day The Earth Stood Still and we will know how irresponsible we are in this planet Earth.

This story was amazing story which really made my attention to read it again and again. May be because I’m a kind of interested on issues in that particular story, which is related with investigation and so on. Besides that, the story was so very new to me. It really made eyes to have a glance on it and obviously it leads me to read it. I think I should find more information regarding the Tasaday tribe. Its really sounds interesting and also I believed that I could be able to gain some new knowledge on this. By the way, referring to Kim’s view, I also don’t remember any studies on tribe during my Spm level. May be Dyat may help us out of this.. Can you be more specific on this..?? Isn’t on our History book..??

A crop of circles
This stories of enermous geometrical circles appear in crops like corn and wheat fields have always facinated me of the origins. And what more captivate me is the fact that it appear overnight. I would like to think that there are mysterious forces behind that are trying to give us hint of the fate of the world in the future. Well if that is true then our world will become more interesting or rather dangerous place to live. Lets hope that the crop circles are made by hoaxers!
I like the "A crop of circles" article because it is about something mystery and supernatural occurance at a crop field. I’m very interesting to know what are crop circles, what makes them and what messages are they telling to human beings. The circles at the crop field signify a lot of mysterious and paranormal things. The scientists giving a lot of explanations about the crop of circles but they failed to make a strong evidence to support their explainations. I think I should fine more informations about crop circles to improve my knowledge in science field.

But 1n 2002 the discovery has been withdrawn, because the claims were false. It's interesting because if someone found a new element, other chemists or physicists will make their own experiment to know whether the discovery is true or something which the claimers just want to have a good name. Nowadays, we can't claim our discovery without knowing the real fact and we must do repeated experiments to ensure that we are right. It's ashamed if someone else can prove that our claim is wrong. The story tell us to be ensure about something before making statements.
